Delicious Retiro Beef Pares Recipe With Crispy Chicharon Bulaklak

Ingredients

– 500 g beef, cut into cubes
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 250 g chicharrón (crispy pork skin)

Method

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
3. Add beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Pour in beef broth, then stir in soy sauce, ground ginger, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring it to a boil.
5. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is tender. Serve with crispy chicharrón on the side.
