Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast, diced
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1 cup carrots, sliced
– 2 cups cooked rice
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, then cook for about 1 minute.
3. Toss in the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
4. Place broccoli and carrots into the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
5. Mix in the rice, soy sauce, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
