Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place a muffin tin in the oven to get hot.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until combined.
3. Add flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix everything until smooth and lump-free.
4. Stir in sesame seeds, poppy seeds, cheese, melted butter, and herbs. Ensure even distribution of all ingredients.
5. Remove the hot muffin tin from the oven. Quickly pour the batter into each cup, filling them about ¾ full. Bake for 20 minutes until they are puffed and golden.
