Ingredients
– 2 heads of broccoli
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of black pepper
– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Spread the broccoli evenly on a baking tray. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
5. Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle Parmesan cheese before serving.
