Ingredients
– 500g chicken tenders
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– ½ cup honey
– ¼ cup soy sauce
– 1 tsp grated ginger
– ¼ cup olive oil
– 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and ginger.
4. Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the honey mixture, and finally coat with crushed cornflakes.
5. Place the coated chicken on the baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
