Ingredients
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
– 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted butter
– 1 cup (200 g) sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 1/2 cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add sour cream and melted butter; mix well.
3. Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until everything is combined.
4. Add baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
