Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, diced
– 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 2 cups self-raising flour
– 1 cup milk
– 60 g butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken, frozen vegetables, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried parsley.
3. Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish.
4. In another bowl, combine the self-raising flour, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
5. Spoon the batter over the chicken mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
