Ingredients

Method

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots, chopped green onions, sliced red bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and coriander.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the vegetable mixture. Toss everything together to mix well.
