Ingredients
– 2 cups of cooked rice
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 carrot, diced
– 1 cup frozen peas
– 3 eggs
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
3. Stir in the diced carrot and frozen peas, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Push the vegetables to the side and crack the eggs into the pan. Scramble them until just set.
5. Mix in the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and heat through.
