Ingredients
– 4 pieces of cod fillet (about 150g each)
– 60 ml miso paste
– 30 ml honey
– 15 ml soy sauce
– 15 ml sesame oil
– 15 ml rice vinegar
– 1 clove garlic (minced)
– 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
– 2 green onions (sliced)
Method
1. Start by mixing miso paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
2. Coat the cod fillets with the miso mixture. Let them marinate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
4. Place the marinated cod fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
5. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for extra flavor.
