Method

3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just blended.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
