Easy 30-Minute Skillet Lasagna Recipe | Quick Weeknight Dinner

Ingredients

– 500 g minced beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 400 g diced tomatoes
– 100 ml tomato sauce
– 250 g ricotta cheese
– 2 cups spinach leaves
– 250 g lasagne sheets
– 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

Method

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the meat is browned and the onion is soft.
2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Italian herbs. Simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes.
3. Spread some of the beef mix on the bottom of the pan. Layer 2 to 3 lasagne sheets on top, followed by ricotta and spinach. Repeat the layers, ending with beef on top.
4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top layer. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
5. Serve hot and enjoy with your family.
