Ingredients
– 1 cup of broccoli florets
– 1 cup of sliced bell peppers (any color)
– 1 carrot, julienned
– 1 zucchini, sliced
– 1 cup of snow peas
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
– 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the broccoli, bell peppers, carrot, zucchini, and snow peas. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the veggies are bright and tender.
4. Pour in the soy sauce, mixing everything well, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
5. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles if desired.
