Method
1. Begin by heating the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the shrimp, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, stirring often until the shrimp turn pink and the vegetables are tender.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing everything together for another minute.
5. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
