Easy Beef Fajitas Recipe: Flavorful & Quick Weeknight Meal

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and season with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the beef for about 5 to 7 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and toss in the sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
  5. Return the beef to the pan and combine everything before serving in warm tortillas.
