Method
1. Start by preparing all the beans and vegetables. Rinse the black beans, kidney beans, and chickpeas under cold water.
2. Chop the green beans, red onion, and red bell pepper into small pieces.
3. In a large bowl, combine the beans, green beans, onion, and bell pepper.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything together until well combined.
