Method
1. Start by shredding the cabbage and grating the carrots. Combine these two ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add chopped coriander and sliced red onion to the bowl, mixing everything together well.
3. In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix. Stir until all ingredients are coated evenly.
5. Chill the slaw in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving it with your tacos.
