Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thighs, boneless
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and simmer for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped spring onion on top before serving.
