Delicious Carbonara Tart Recipe: Creamy Pasta Meets Savory Pie

Ingredients

– 250 g pasta
– 150 g diced pancetta
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1 cup cream
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– Salt to taste
– Black pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
– Olive oil

Method

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Cook the pancetta until it’s crispy, then mix in the minced garlic.
3. Whisk the eggs, cream, grated parmesan, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
4. Stir the cooked pasta into the pancetta and garlic mixture. Remove the pan from heat and quickly mix in the egg and cream mixture.
5. Serve immediately, garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.
