Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 1 cup cheese, shredded
– 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
– 1 cup onion, sliced
– 2 tablespoons chili sauce
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 4 flour tortillas
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– Salt, to taste
– Black pepper, to taste
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add onions and bell peppers, cooking for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
3. Stir in the shredded chicken, chili sauce, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook until everything is heated through.
4. Place a tortilla in another pan and sprinkle half of the cheese on one side. Top with the chicken mixture and add the remaining cheese.
5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the other tortillas.
