Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, cut into pieces

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
3. Stir in the chicken pieces and cook until browned for about 5 minutes.
4. Add rice, chicken broth, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
