Ingredients
500 g mutton, cut into cubes
2 cups onions, finely chopped
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté cumin seeds until they start to sizzle. Add chopped onions, cooking until they turn golden brown. Mix in ginger-garlic paste and mutton cubes, stirring for a few minutes. Combine chopped tomatoes, yogurt, coriander powder, and salt. Cook the mixture until the mutton is tender and the sauce thickens. Finally, sprinkle garam masala and serve hot with rice or bread.
