Ingredients
200 g mushrooms (any variety)
2 tablespoons olive oil
60 ml sake
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Method
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the sake, soy sauce, and mirin. Stir well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Finish by adding the green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix everything, then serve.
