Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, diced
1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
Method
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Stir in the diced potatoes and cauliflower. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix in turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Finish by adding lemon juice and fresh coriander. Stir until well combined.
