Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray with paper cases.
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, then stir until well blended.
Sift together baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips and fill each muffin case to about three-quarters full.
