4 whole wheat wraps
100g of feta cheese, crumbled
Method
Start by combining the spinach, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a large bowl.
Next, add the sliced avocado to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss everything together.
Serve the salad in whole wheat wraps, topping each with crumbled feta cheese.
