Ingredients
400 g green beans
4 medium potatoes
4 large eggs
2 cups cherry tomatoes
200 g tuna (canned)
12 black olives
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Method
Start by cooking the potatoes in a pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes or until they are fork-tender.
Once the potatoes are done, add the green beans to the pot and let them cook for another 5 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and beans. After that, let them cool slightly before chopping the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Next, hard boil the eggs by placing them in a small saucepan, covering with water, bringing to a boil, and then cooking for about 9 minutes. Once cooked, place them in cold water to cool, then peel and halve them.
In a large salad bowl, combine the potatoes, green beans, cherry tomatoes, tuna, black olives, and eggs. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to mix everything well.
