High-Protein Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
400g chicken breast, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
200g broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Cooked rice, to serve

Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken slices and cook until they are browned and cooked all the way through.
3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
4. Add sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
5. Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds. Mix everything and serve over cooked rice.
