Aam Panna (Mango Drink)

Ingredients
3 raw mangoes
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon regular salt
1 tablespoon mint leaves (chopped)
1 liter cold water
Ice cubes (optional)
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method
1. Start by boiling the raw mangoes in water until soft. This usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Once cooked, let them cool down. Then peel the skin and extract the pulp into a bowl.
3. Mix the mango pulp with sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt until well combined.
4. Gradually add cold water while stirring. Taste and adjust the sweetness or saltiness as needed.
5. Serve chilled with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves if you like.
