– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Method
1. Start by tossing the diced chicken in cornstarch until evenly coated.
2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, then add the chicken. Cook until browned.
3. Stir in dried chilies, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook for approximately 3 minutes.
4. Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, then mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Add in chopped spring onions and stir until everything is combined and heated through.
