Coconut Ladoo Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups grated coconut
1 cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 cup chopped nuts (like almonds or pistachios)
A pinch of salt
Extra grated coconut for coating (optional)
Method
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Add the grated coconut and sauté for about 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the condensed milk and mix well, cooking until the mixture thickens.
4. Stir in cardamom powder, nuts, and a pinch of salt, mixing until combined.
5. Once cool enough to handle, shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in extra coconut if using.
