Ingredients
– 500 ml Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 150 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
– 50 g nuts (like almonds or walnuts)
– 1 banana, sliced
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt
Method
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper for easy removal.
2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking tray. Spread it out evenly.
4. Scatter mixed berries, nuts, and banana slices over the top. Press them down gently.
5. Freeze the tray for about 4 hours or until the yogurt is solid. Break into pieces to serve.
