Ingredients
– 2 cups rolled oats
– ½ cup almond butter
– ½ cup honey
– ½ cup milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– ½ cup chopped nuts
– ½ cup dried fruit
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– ¼ teaspoon salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, almond butter, honey, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt together until well combined.
3. Stir in the chopped nuts and dried fruit until evenly distributed.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and press it down firmly.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Allow it to cool completely before cutting into bars.
