Ingredients
– 500 g ground pork

Method
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork with salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
2. Add water and brown sugar to the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
4. After chilling, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into sausages.
5. Cook the sausages in a skillet over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning them until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
