Method
1. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl.
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
3. Blend everything together using a food processor until smooth and creamy.
4. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving dish.
5. Top with fresh herbs and chili flakes, if using. Serve with bread or crackers for dipping.
