Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
1 lime, cut into wedges
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with foil for easy cleanup.
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, hot sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger.
Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are well coated with the sauce.
Spread the wings evenly on the prepared baking tray. Bake for about 30 minutes or until crispy.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh coriander on the wings before serving with lime wedges on the side.
