Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
250 ml barbecue sauce
2 spring onions, chopped
Method
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Spread the seasoned wings on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and toss with barbecue sauce, then top with chopped spring onions before serving.
