Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture and stir until combined. Fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
