Ingredients
- 250 g plain flour
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 125 ml vegetable oil
- 200 g fresh or dried cranberries
Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the cranberries gently to avoid breaking them.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check with a toothpick to see if it’s done.
