Dry-Brined Rotisserie Turkey Breast With Italian Spices Recipe

Ingredients

– 1.5 kg turkey breast, bone-in
– 1 tbsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp dried basil
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

1. Begin by combining salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, parsley, and paprika in a bowl.
2. Rub this spice mixture all over the turkey breast, making sure it’s well covered.
3. Wrap the turkey in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Before you cook, take the turkey out and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat your rotisserie according to its instructions.
5. Brush the turkey breast with olive oil and cook it in the rotisserie for about 1 hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
