Ingredients
2 cups of pasta
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
1 cup of spinach
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Grated cheese for topping
Method
1. Begin by boiling a large pot of water. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain the pasta once done.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they are soft and fragrant.
3. Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir in the spinach. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle in the oregano, salt, and pepper. Combine well, then add the drained pasta to the skillet.
5. Mix everything together thoroughly. Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
