Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon instant yeast
1 ½ cups warm water
Extra flour for dusting
Method
1. Combine flour, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl.
2. Pour warm water into the dry ingredients. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
4. Dust a clean surface with flour and turn the dough out onto it. Shape it into a ball.
5. Place the dough on a floured towel and cover it with another towel. Let it rise for 1-2 hours.
