Ham Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
240 ml brown sugar
120 ml honey
60 ml Dijon mustard
60 ml apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method
1. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Stir regularly.
3. Add the Dijon mustard, ground cinnamon, cloves, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Allow the glaze to simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat once slightly thickened.
5. Brush the ham with the glaze during the last 30 minutes of baking.
