Delicious Andhra Style Pindi Miriyam Recipe For Spicy Flavor Lovers

Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
2 tablespoons black peppercorns
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon ghee
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 green chilies, chopped
Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

Method
Start by dry roasting the black peppercorns, cumin seeds, and coriander seeds in a pan on medium heat. Stir them until they become fragrant, then remove from heat.

Next, grind the roasted spices into a fine powder using a spice grinder or a mortar and pestle. Set this spice mix aside.

Combine rice flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add water gradually while mixing until a smooth dough forms.

Heat ghee and sesame oil in a pan. Add the chopped green chilies, then mix in the prepared spice powder. Stir for a couple of minutes.

Shape the dough into small balls, then flatten each ball slightly. Place them in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
