Ingredients
- 1 kg beef short ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400 ml diced tomatoes
- 250 ml beef broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 400 g pasta of your choice
Method
- Turn on the Instant Pot and set it to sauté. Add olive oil and let it heat.
- Brown the short ribs on all sides, then take them out and set aside.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion becomes soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Return the short ribs to the pot.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes. When done, use a quick release. Cook pasta according to the package instructions, then serve it with the ragu on top.
