Instant Pot Miso Ramen Recipe: Quick And Flavorful Comfort Food

Ingredients

– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 inch ginger, grated
– 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
– 4 tablespoons miso paste
– 200g noodles (ramen or equivalent)
– 2 cups fresh spinach
– 4 boiled eggs, halved
– Chopped spring onions, for garnish

Method

1. Heat the oil in an Instant Pot on the sauté setting. Add the diced onion and cook until it becomes soft.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the broth and add the miso paste. Stir well to combine everything.
4. Add the noodles and spinach to the pot. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
5. Release the pressure, serve the ramen in bowls, and top each with boiled egg halves and chopped spring onions.
