Ingredients
– 1 kg boneless chicken thighs
– 60 ml olive oil
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
Method
1. Start by mixing the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, coating them well with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has grill marks.
5. Take the chicken off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
