One-Pan Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
2 cups broccoli florets

Salt and black pepper to taste
1 lemon, juiced

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place chicken thighs in a large baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
