Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
1 cup gram flour
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
3/4 cup water
Oil for frying
Method
Combine rice flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, and salt in a bowl.
Stir in melted butter or oil until well combined.
Gradually add water, mixing until a thick dough forms.
Use a ribbon pakoda maker or a piping bag to squeeze the dough into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
