Ingredients
500 g minced beef
1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
1 can (400 g) kidney beans, drained
1 can (400 g) black beans, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
500 ml beef broth
1 bell pepper, chopped
Method
1. Press the sauté button on the Instant Pot. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
2. Brown the minced beef in the pot until it is no longer pink.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, and bell pepper.
4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
5. When cooking is done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before opening the lid.
